Homemade cuisine at a reasonable price. They cook very well, and the pasta is exquisite. I recommend the carbonata, the gricia, the pesto, and the cacio e pepe. The tiramisu is excellent, and the apple strudel is spectacular. The love and experience in the kitchen are evident. A must-try in Rome.

A family-run business run by the innkeeper, who weighed 6 kg at birth, who entertains customers with expert courtesy and a typically Roman accent.
The location is perfect and characteristic, next to the Jovinelli Theater in a small square with Roman ruins in the background and a total absence of traffic. Nestled in a corner of the Esquilino neighborhood, just steps from Termini Station, it feels less like Rome than an ancient village.
Spectacular and abundant first courses, attentive and fast service.
Good second courses, and ask for bread to be brought to you for mopping up the bread, a must in Rome.
Everything is delicious and well-received. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for high-quality cuisine at affordable prices.

I visited this place while searching for a good restaurant near Rome Termini. The prices were reasonable, and the vongole pasta and seafood risotto were delicious. However, I was a little concerned about security on the way to and from the station.

I dropped by this restaurant near my hotel around 10pm.
They didn't have the artichoke frites I wanted, but I did have two types of pasta.
The shrimp tartare linguine was particularly delicious.
The noodles were fresh, even better than spaghetti, and very easy to eat.
I usually ask for spaghetti, but I was right to have the linguine as is.
It was topped with a generous amount of what appeared to be seared raw shrimp,
and I enjoyed it just as it was, mixing it all together.
This was one of the best pasta dishes I've ever had.
The price was also a little cheaper than other restaurants.
The owner and staff were both very friendly.

An excellent location, with a warm welcome and a family atmosphere, along with wonderful home-cooked food.
We went there several times during our stay and were not disappointed.

Si mangia benissimo. Personale accogliente e sorridente, velocità nel servizio e piatti da leccarsi i baffi il tutto a prezzi onesti. Ci tornerò ogni volta che torno a Roma!

Posizione particolarissima, fuori dal traffico romano. Vicino al pittoresco mercato etnico. Buona cucina romana, porzioni abbondanti. Da provare anche per la zona che lo circonda.
