Cubadak 97 In Todi

Cubadak is one of my favorite sandwich places in Umbria. Very nice location, nice and friendly owner, who puts his soul into his place. I often dream about the chicken sandwich, and every time I go back to eat it it becomes better and better. Quality and professionalism but at the same time you feel at home. I vote, yes🫱🏻‍🫲🏼

The food was excellent, I would like to give 4 and 1/2 for a single slice of bacon 🥓 but then the taste took over. The beer is also not bad either in terms of choice, quality or quantity (half a liter pint not 0.4, which makes all the difference when you want that last sip and instead it's finished). Soft and excellently chosen music that helps prevent diners from raising their voices, creating anti-digestive cacophony. To taste and enjoy.

My boyfriend and I have been there twice and both times we spent a pleasant evening, the owner is very kind and each time illustrates special dishes of the day. Furthermore, he always knows how to fulfill any request other than the menu, the place is very nice and suitable for spending a quiet evening. I absolutely recommend trying the “Mr Burrata” sandwich, it's magnificent!!

We had dinner in this pub just outside the historic center, with a beautiful view of the Apennines. Friendly and professional staff, excellent dishes with local products.

The service is a bit slow and uncoordinated, but the staff is friendly and above all the food is good!
