I highly recommend this place. I can say it's been a long time since we've had such a great time. The food was delicious. You could tell from the first moment that everything was authentic, high-quality, and local. The atmosphere was very friendly and relaxed, just the way I like it. Thank you, we'll be back ❤️

You can't go to Sardinia without visiting its authentic people. Being able to open a restaurant for two people is something I've never had the chance to do, let alone eat such an authentic and succulent meal. Thank you so much, I'll remember you.

Our Sardinian friend recommended this Agriturismo in her father's village, located in the heart of the island, so we decided to make the drive for lunch. The food was absolutely delicious, generous portions, great quality, and very reasonably priced compared to other places we visited during our trip. Franca and her family were wonderful hosts. She prepared everything herself and they took care of every detail to make us feel completely at home. Grazie mille, Franca!

Cuaddus e Tellas is the classic Agriturismo guarantee of authenticity and friendliness. The room is clean and very spacious, with an exceptional view of the valley below, and also suitable for disabled people. We also had dinner with very tasty meat raised on site and sublime cold cuts, always homemade. Excellent homemade bitters and desserts. The dinner ended with the conviviality of Mrs. Franca and her husband Peppe, who filled us with advice and anecdotes about the places in this splendid land.

We ended up here by chance because we were visiting the Giara park. So we decided to stop for lunch in the area, and I must say that we had a really good time... we were warmly welcomed, excellent food and quality, we finally tasted different and delicious things. I have to compliment especially the "exceptional" stew, the only thing, if I may, is the somewhat generous portions. If you're in the area, give it a try...

Excellent farm, the quality of the dishes is superb, genuine products and original and successful combinations. The structure is immersed in a wonderful landscape, where you can breathe peace and serenity.

14/08/2025: We had dinner with friends at this peaceful place, with super friendly and helpful staff. The menu per person cost 40 euros. We sat down with high expectations... but unfortunately, the food fell short of our expectations, both in terms of quantity and quality! The reviews we'd read and the recommendations of locals sadly failed us. Among the first courses was porcini mushroom risotto made with boiled parboiled rice... served to Venetians! Say no more! And it's not the first time we've eaten at a Sardinian farmhouse!
21/06/2025: Genuine staff and food. They really made us feel at home, with great food, good service and lots of conviviality. It was a very pleasant discovery

23/03/2025: La Locanda di Corte a Bosa è un vero gioiello: un ristorante dove ogni piatto racconta una storia fatta di gusto, eleganza e passione. Il cibo è semplicemente spettacolare. Abbiamo iniziato con un raffinato crudo di tonno accompagnato da finocchio, nocciole e tocchi aromatici perfettamente bilanciati. A seguire, un delicato uovo pochè su fonduta cremosa, morbido e avvolgente, e due primi da ricordare: un risotto con gamberi e crema di asparagi dal gusto fresco e raffinato, e un sorprendente pane zicchi al cinghiale, ricco e avvolgente, che unisce la tradizione sarda alla creatività moderna. Come secondo, una rana pescatrice cotta alla perfezione, accompagnata da funghi e una salsa profonda e saporita. Il tutto abbinato a un ottimo Vermentino di Gallura Fedà della cantina Madala: fresco, minerale e perfetto per esaltare ogni piatto. Il locale è accogliente, curato nei dettagli, con un’atmosfera rilassante e piacevole. Il tocco in più? La bellissima chiacchierata con il proprietario, gentile, appassionato e autentico, che rende l’esperienza ancora più speciale. Una tappa obbligata per chi passa da Bosa e vuole vivere la Sardegna attraverso il gusto. Ci tornerò sicuramente!
