A beautiful hotel just outside Treviso, perfectly located for the area, with the option of a cycle path through the fields. The room was very well-maintained and spacious, and the bathroom was good. The breakfast buffet was varied and plentiful. Highly recommended. There's ample parking right next to the hotel.

The interior is a bit dated and could use a refresh. The room we were given didn't have a radiator. If anyone decides to stay there, please ask first, as other rooms had one.

We are three adults, one of us uses a wheelchair. The parking lot is right in front of the hotel entrance. We had a spacious and bright room on the ground floor, which also had a small atrium with an exit. We also have two small dogs. The hotel charges a small fee for a dog. Breakfast was with a lot of choice. Spacious breakfast room. Good coffee. The staff at the reception and in the restaurant are always available to their guests. Many good restaurants nearby. We felt great.

A highly strategic location, from which Venice, Padua, and Treviso are easily accessible, even by train, as the hotel is a 12-minute walk from Preganziol station. The hotel has a restaurant offering good value.
