Good evening, I'd like to report excellent service despite the large crowd on a Saturday night. Fresh sushi and tasty hot dishes. The desserts and coffee were also appreciated. I'll definitely be back. One of the best in the area.

The food is excellent, and this is certainly the restaurant's strong point. Unfortunately, however, the experience was slowed by excessively long waits between dishes. It's clear that the staff is insufficient to properly manage the service. The waiters deserve a very positive note: they are excellent, kind, and always friendly, despite the obvious difficulty in keeping up with everything. Their commitment and professionalism are evident, but with more staff, the service would be significantly improved. In short, excellent sushi, but the organization and service times are aspects that need rethinking.
