The best fresh pasta in the "world".... Amazing pesto.... Fantastic condiments.. Exceptional tiramisu... In short, everything is insanely GOOD... Well done. The only "flaw".......the uniform of the collaborators......a gloomy brown......it seems like being in a "convent" with lots of "nuns" in charge of sales.....come on, a little cheerful color wouldn't hurt.......Thank you.......since no one can prove me wrong about my very positive statements for your products and every week at my house we eat PESTO DEL TROFIIO.......unfortunately today 18 March 2025 the pesto was not up to your very high standard....why??? With this I will always remain your most faithful devourer of your products, with esteem and affection Angelo Lombardi.

Today we ate trofie with pesto and pappardelle, two first courses with water and a beer, with table service, with bread totaling 17 euros. Really excellent. Fast service, good dishes and a more than fair price!! We will be back!!! I would like to point out that we paid 3 euros for the Menabrea beer, almost a supermarket price, in the center of Genoa!!

With my wife I went to this pasta factory on the recommendation of acquaintances. Passing through Genoa every now and then we stop to buy typical products and the last time we decided to try "Il Trofiaio". Large, organized and very clean shop with lots of Genoese/Ligurian takeaway products (pasta, sauces, etc.), carefully prepared and very fresh, if only for their sales. Upstairs there is a small restaurant where you can consume what they produce and sell at the counter. For seven euros you can get a first course and water and cover charge (including bread) are free. Five choices of first courses, but if you want they also cook other things. Abundant dishes. Mystical experience and the writer is a Genoese who has spent years in this city and knows the real cuisine of the place. The girls serving are super nice and caring. Just keep in mind that given the quality, at the entrance you have to take your number and wait your turn, however very reasonable times and a few minutes of waiting should not dissuade you. Highly recommended!!!

Place that we discovered by chance, we were surprised by the price and quality. The Trofle with pesto was divine, I loved it with its artisanal pasta and the very homemade tiramisu. For €7 a plate of pasta and water in the center is excellent

Excellent traditional Ligurian dishes, very fast service and low prices

Very good quality pasta factory but using the restaurant upstairs there is a bit of tidying up. We took a first course of gnocchi with cheese and pepper and a veal with tuna sauce and it arrived immediately, but they removed the condiments immediately without even asking if we needed it, we also asked for two glasses of sparkling wine and it arrived still. A little caution for customers. Otherwise it's fine for a quick lunch.

This place is tops. Fresh pasta cooked well, affordable price without bleeding you dry, helpful and always smiling staff... What more do you want?

Buono. Poca attesa senza prenotazione , veloci servire . Posto comodo ma piatti non troppo digeribili, forse la qualità potrebbe essere migliorata ma comunque prezzo buonissimo quindi consigliato

Frequentiamo ogni Lunedì a pranzo questo locale che oltre alla vendita dei suoi prodotti li propone anche cucinati e dobbiamo dire che ne siamo soddisfatti. Il locale è disposto su 2 piani, 1 al piano vendita e l'altro al piano sottostante(molto ampio),il personale è gentile e disponibile così come il cibo molto buono,il particolare che ci ha colpiti e che non c'è coperto,il pane e l'acqua sono compresi nel prezzo.
