I gave an extra star for the guys who are very kind. We did not stay in this place but we went for dinner. Mussels as an appetizer, overcooked and not of quality (so almost invisible in the shells) first course with overcooked pasta, baked sea bass as a second course (according to the waitress it was sea fish and not farmed) anonymous, without flavor. The bill, unlike the pasta, salty .... restaurant in my opinion overrated, in the area you can find more quality with more honest prices

Excellent restaurant with fresh fish dishes.

This review is for restaurant. One of the only places open on Wednesday and it was busy but we managed to get a table. The food coming out looked amazing. I had the prawn carpaccio, never had it before and now I know why. Though it tasted lovely, pink pepper really zinged I couldn’t get my head around the texture, it was weird and I couldn’t eat it without the rice. I left half but that’s not against their flavours it was a texture thing for me. The tuna was delicious & it was so great to get a proper salad for a change not just lettuce & tomato. Wine was reasonably priced, cold & good. It’s a lovely ambience, lots of returning customers who seem to work/own boats. Excellent place to eat

We went for dinner one evening for my wife's birthday. A very characteristic place located right on the Chiaiolella marina. We ate really well, tasty dishes with excellent products and generous portions. The staff is very friendly and attentive to the needs of the customers. Afterwards we also went to eat pizza and it was excellent. Prices adequate for the quality of the dishes.

Da Crescenzo is one of those restaurants where you gladly return for the genuine and no-frills cuisine. It is located on the picturesque port of Chiaiolella, in Procida, in a convenient and very popular location, especially among those who know the island well and appreciate its most authentic soul. The environment is simple and spartan, but welcoming: people come here to eat well and enjoy seafood cuisine in its most sincere form. We started with the typical lemon salad, a fresh and fragrant local dish - a Procida classic that never disappoints. Next, a slice of very fresh tuna, cooked to perfection, and fried anchovies: crunchy, light, tasty. All very good, with generous portions and visibly fresh and well-treated ingredients. To conclude, a delicious white wine, simple but refined, perfect for ending the dinner with a sweet and light touch. Overall, Da Crescenzo is an authentic and sincere address, where fish is the protagonist and where you can still breathe the atmosphere of the real island. Recommended for those looking for local flavors, abundance and quality, without the need for refined environments. We will definitely return.

A very pleasant lunch, all delicious and cooked with passion, to this was added the professionalism and hospitality of all the staff, compliments indeed, Iris was excellent, friendly and always smiling! Mrs. Silva very helpful even when we asked to stay an extra night. The room with sea view, very nice has everything you need. In front of the bus stop, very convenient. The food was truly delicious. Very quiet surroundings. Costs were okay, but not a bargain.

We stayed at Da Crescenzo and, overall, the experience was positive, albeit with some reservations. The rooms are very simple, spartan I would say, but clean and functional. Don't expect luxury, but an essential environment that is fine if you are looking for a practical base for exploring the island. The real strong point is the kindness and availability of the staff, always friendly and ready to help. The cuisine is a pleasant surprise: well-executed fish dishes, generous portions and truly excellent pasta, which recounts the island tradition without frills. The breakfast during our stay impressed us with its abundance and quality: in particular the ox tongues were among the best we tasted in Procida. Precisely for this reason, after a few months, we returned specifically to have breakfast. This time, however, we were a little disappointed by the prices, which seemed excessive compared to the offer. I understand that the location has its value, but the quality-price ratio did not seem more balanced to us. However, it remains a structure in an enchanting position, directly overlooking the port of Chiaiolella: a view that alone is worth the trip. A place that certainly has potential and that I would recommend, with some reservations, to those looking for authenticity and sincere cuisine
