I recently had a wonderful experience at Crêperie Blé Noir in Biella. The location is simply gorgeous, very beautiful and sophisticated with a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. The staff is not only friendly, but also very competent. The food was simply delicious, the crepes were cooked to perfection, especially with the use of buckwheat flour, making it a healthy and tasty choice. The selection of ingredients also shows the very good quality of the product. Particularly noteworthy is the well-thought-out wine list, which perfectly complements the food. We tasted a very good and refreshing Rosé della Loira, which went perfectly with our meal.

Where are we? In a hidden corner of Paris? No, in the center of Biella. This place conquers and does so with its atmosphere that mixes delicious flavors of times gone by with attention to detail and a carefully prepared choice ready to satisfy every palate. Il Blè Noir è una perla leggermente nascosta ma che apre alla curiosità con un meraviglioso cortile interno che da accesso ad uno spazio unico. Cibo buono, posto accogliente, prezzi adeguati. Sicuramente non il solito menù, crêpes particolari e ottime. Sempre meglio prenotare perché il locale non è troppo grande. Torniamo sempre volentieri!
