10/06/2025: In a previous review I had given an excellent rating that considered the packaging service, the good quality of the products sent, the good pre- and post-sale information communication. Subsequently, with another order, having already tried it previously, I requested a focaccia with potatoes and, without any warning, a classic focaccia was sent to me (it seems, it was written to me, by mistake..). Having received the focaccia, I immediately wrote via email that the shipment was not correct, but I had no response. I wrote other emails and reminders, but nothing. I called twice, but the owner did not have time and then he was not there (I was answered..). Finally, to request a refund of the amount paid, I had to request the intervention of Paypal.... However, this disservice allowed me to try the classic focaccia (which I had to throw away): no freshness, stale dough (it seemed recycled), excessively dark on the surface, with a flavor that I prefer to forget.... Finally, unlike previous purchases, the contents of the packaging box contained a package that was certainly not "elegant", as it was held together with twists and turns and twists and turns of a horrible brown parcel tape. No finesse, in short.... But apart from this last detail, I assign one star mainly for the disappointment resulting from this sale, for the unfortunately terrible quality of the focaccia tried, for the lack of interest shown in the request for assistance and, why not, for the considerable waste of time that occurred. If Paolin's website is attractive and encourages you to try the products, I can say that the reality is very different.... The owner has in fact lost a good customer (I assure you), in an era where, before purchasing, opinions from 1 to 5 stars are consulted.... Therefore, in my personal experience, I do not recommend....
Update of 06/09/25: the owner responds that he does not deserve all this and that I have previously praised his products.... Yes, of course. Previously, Mr. Saettone, you have provided me with good and tasty products. That is why I praised you.... Following a reading error (as you call it), I ask you again: why did you provide me with a stale and incredibly inedible focaccia? Don't you check the ingredients you use? How can you say that you use "quality raw materials"? If this is your classic focaccia, I understand the disappointment of some customers who complain.... I think instead that you knew very well what you were sending.... and when I objected you didn't even reply to my emails.... and now a review that expresses the truth bothers you.... rather than an angry disappointment, as you define it....
06/05/2025: Fanno davvero tanti tipi di Focaccia, anche focacce secche, Focaccia di recco, pizza al trancio, pizzette e anche dolci, crostatine.
Fanno orario continuato (coda rara a Genova) e tutto il personale è gentilissimo.
In casa nostra un vassoio di Focaccia normale alle olive, alla cipolla e al pomodoro c'è sempre!
Consegnano anche in tutta Italia.
Lo consiglio assolutamente.
