I cannot remember the name of this coffee drink, almost ice cream like (if someone could remind me that would be appreciated). Favorite thing I had on this trip! Place is a perfect stop during your day for a coffee/treat/snack.

We ordered two slices of cake, both fresh and high-quality. The flavor was good, and you could taste the care taken in selecting the ingredients. The location is pleasant: lightweight yet comfortable metal tables and chairs are set outside under a gazebo in a well-kept square. The prices are slightly above average, but in line with the quality and the setting. A pleasant place for a break.

Nothing to complain about about the view you get while having breakfast, but unfortunately the service wasn't excellent. It took them a while to come and take our order, and we then waited 30 minutes for our food. The girl who came with our order was also a bit annoyed. It's a shame because the place would be nice.

5 stars for the strategic location, the magic of the Itria Valley at your feet while you enjoy a fantastic kornetto with classic flavors (cream and chocolate first and foremost). Cold milk, espresso, and... I feel like I was under 4 euros in total. Polite staff, service not always impeccable, a smile more would be nice, but they are small things compared to what the eyes see and the palate taste. KAIMANO!!

The view was simply breathtaking, a panorama that left me speechless. The setting was peaceful and meticulously maintained, perfect for relaxing. I truly appreciated the serene atmosphere, perfect for a break. I will definitely return to enjoy this little corner of paradise.

09/11/2025: The experience at this returning restaurant was perfect. The location was very elegant, as were the food and service. Every single course left something special. The wine list was also excellent. We chose the 6-course tasting menu, and we left feeling more than full! A wonderful discovery, we'll definitely be back to try the balcony seating 🙂
09/11/2025: A wonderful experience! Truly excellent food, with an extensive and carefully curated wine list. The quality of the ingredients and the service were both superb. We chose the six-course tasting menu: the cuttlefish was remarkable; it literally melted in our mouths—a texture we'd never experienced before. The soft-cooked egg with mushrooms and truffle was also delicious. The owners produce wine and olive oil, both of which are excellent. We'll definitely be back in the spring to experience the balcony table. See you soon.

25/11/2025: A fantastic experience, a charming setting where silence reigns supreme. The staff was truly courteous, answering all our questions thoroughly and helping us choose some dishes. We opted for a meat-based menu, consisting of a tasting of mixed appetizers, two first courses, a second course, two side dishes, and two desserts, accompanied by water and drinks. The dishes are exquisite, to say the least. The price, in my opinion, is in line with what's offered. We had such a great time that we'll probably return, this time for a seafood-only option. If you're looking for good food in an intimate and quiet setting, you've come to the right place!
