The gelateria has good products, but I'd like to give special praise to Alessandra, a truly kind, helpful, and professional employee. She's always smiling and attentive to customers, and you can tell she's eager to work. Unfortunately, the same can't be said for some of her colleagues, who are unfriendly and unenthusiastic, making the experience less enjoyable. Overall, Alessandra is a real asset to the place.

"Impeccable service. The bar girl, Chanella, was extremely professional, fast, and attentive to every detail. It's rare to find someone who combines such technical expertise with a natural flair for hospitality. The juice was excellent, but it's the service that really makes the difference. I'll definitely be back!"

Good gelato. I recommend the pistachio. The staff is very friendly. Alessandra, in particular, was very helpful and willing to resolve a small issue.
