28/12/2025: Well, what can I say? Spectacular! From the service, which makes you feel at home, to the organization, no waiting even though the place is full. I work in the industry and I've noticed great organization, lots of smiles, and conversation among colleagues and for us customers! CONGRATULATIONS! THE KITCHEN IS OPEN (which not everyone does), and I have to compliment the chef on the dishes he brings out—FABULOUS! Then they offer samples of their EXQUISITE dishes. I ordered truffle frittata and pasta with oxtail sauce… DELICIOUS! Thank you for this Roman culinary experience. It was a 30-minute walk from my hotel, but it was worth it!!! I'll definitely be back!
