From a place like this, I expected wow-worthy food! But it wasn't amazing. Everything was good, but average, nothing special. For the price we paid elsewhere, I think we would have eaten better. Do I recommend it? I wasn't crazy about it, so no.

Everything was perfect but disappointed in love, the waitress had told me she would come to dance with us and never contacted me again🥲🥲🥲 I can say that despite the sophisticated flavors, I was left with a bitter taste in my mouth

We went for a family lunch on Sunday. A very elegant location inside a luxury hotel. Excellent service, excellent and beautifully presented food. The elegant decor and open kitchen add a special touch.

We discovered this place thanks to TheFork. What can I say? We were pleasantly surprised. Some tables offer a view of the open kitchen. It was truly a spectacle to watch the chefs move from one burner to the next, preparing the various dishes that would then be served, all in near silence. What stands out when you observe is the harmony, cleanliness, and care with which they work. The service was impeccable, friendly, and knowledgeable, explaining the dishes once they were served. Let's move on to the welcome entree: a harmony of flavors where no one ingredient overpowered the other, a spectacle. The appetizers, compliments, top-quality ingredients, a truly perfect combination of flavors. The first course, with attention to detail and a generous portion, was much appreciated. Excellent bread, served warm with a delicious olive oil. Let's get to the small flaws. Personally, I'd present the bread differently, and yes, it's beautiful, but when you break it to share it, you inevitably end up with a lot of crumbs, and since there's no tablecloth, it's not ideal. The prices are fair (with a fork), except for the wines by the glass (starting at €8) and the desserts (€12), which I personally find high for a tourist, but it's something I've noticed in almost every restaurant in Palermo and I can't explain why. In conclusion, these two considerations aside, the restaurant itself is one of those places you go when you want to treat yourself, and we felt pampered. Congratulations, keep it up! If we have the chance, we'll gladly return.
