We went for a family lunch on Sunday. A very elegant location inside a luxury hotel. Excellent service, excellent and beautifully presented food. The elegant decor and open kitchen add a special touch.

Beautiful modern decor, delicious food, very friendly staff

We discovered this place thanks to TheFork. What can I say? We were pleasantly surprised. Some tables offer a view of the open kitchen. It was truly a spectacle to watch the chefs move from one burner to the next, preparing the various dishes that would then be served, all in near silence. What stands out when you observe is the harmony, cleanliness, and care with which they work. The service was impeccable, friendly, and knowledgeable, explaining the dishes once they were served. Let's move on to the welcome entree: a harmony of flavors where no one ingredient overpowered the other, a spectacle. The appetizers, compliments, top-quality ingredients, a truly perfect combination of flavors. The first course, with attention to detail and a generous portion, was much appreciated. Excellent bread, served warm with a delicious olive oil. Let's get to the small flaws. Personally, I'd present the bread differently, and yes, it's beautiful, but when you break it to share it, you inevitably end up with a lot of crumbs, and since there's no tablecloth, it's not ideal. The prices are fair (with a fork), except for the wines by the glass (starting at €8) and the desserts (€12), which I personally find high for a tourist, but it's something I've noticed in almost every restaurant in Palermo and I can't explain why. In conclusion, these two considerations aside, the restaurant itself is one of those places you go when you want to treat yourself, and we felt pampered. Congratulations, keep it up! If we have the chance, we'll gladly return.

Absolutely delicious! The staff was so professional and kind, and I really appreciated how accommodating they were since I don’t eat seafood. Even with limited options, the dishes I tried were outstanding—the crispy egg appetizer and the pasta with pork cheek were both packed with flavor. A wonderful experience all around, and I’d definitely recommend it!

It's a small restaurant inside the hotel. The bathrooms are really clean. It has a very classy atmosphere. The location is great. It's probably the quietest place in Palermo. 😁 The ombrine dish was just the right amount of seasoning, and the fish was delicious. It was incredibly fresh and incredible! The nonna I ordered for dessert was my first time trying it, but it was the best I've ever had. The lemon and cream were a wonderful combination.

You should always visit restaurants several times to get a reliable impression. Unfortunately, I am not convinced by this upscale restaurant. The raw materials and ingredients are of good quality. However, the dishes taste consistently bland and mild. And I'm not saying this as a fast food fan with no idea about good food, but as someone who has had the great pleasure of eating at twelve 3-star chefs (to name but a few). I was recently in Calabria. Every restaurant had the wonderful Calabrian chilis. No restaurant owner denies their guests this noble spice, which probably enhances almost everything. Chillies make you healthy, keep you young and slim and give you that decisive kick. They do not minimize other flavours, they enhance them. Palermo, however, is a place (I say this after about 800 restaurant visits) where you generally find yourself somewhere between baby food and old people's home food: mild, sweetish, mind-numbingly boring. I asked for chili here (I didn't have my own with me today), but you can't get it. Explanation "the chef thinks his creations are absolutely perfect". Well... Is there any more arrogance? Hardly. I think this restaurant is completely overrated. I would have remembered it even longer. Therefore: not recommended. (I'm taking the duck home with me... I have a risotto with cacabrian chili in mind as an accompaniment. That will be a feast). No recommendation.

A very nice, quiet restaurant, and the lady who served us was very kind and attentive. My partner and I spent a week on vacation here and have come back three times. We love good food, and we were truly not disappointed. The pasta, desserts, and wine were delicious. I would especially like to thank Barbara and Andrea, who were super attentive and friendly. If we ever return to Palermo, this will definitely be one of our stops.
