I recently had the pleasure of enjoying a cartwheel margherita at this pizzeria. The dough was exceptionally well leavened and light, literally melting in your mouth. A great recognition of the highest quality ingredients. I also tasted other pizzas, such as the 'Caravaggio', although it was rich in ingredients, it maintained a balance of flavors and an unexpected lightness. It is probably one of the best in the Agro Aversano.

Cottura is one of the best pizzerias in Aversa. Here you will find, in addition to the beautiful and welcoming location (also ideal for events), high quality products. The menu is truly extensive, and offers a refined solution of appetizers and pizzas. Not to mention the deliciousness of the desserts. The staff is very kind and ready to accommodate any request. Excellent value for money. In short, it is my favorite place.

Welcoming and refined venue and atmosphere with an outdoor garden with attention to detail. The staff is friendly and professional and the service is quick. It is possible to go on site for an aperitif or for dinner. In both cases a positive experience, the menu is vast and the pizza is prepared with a light dough and quality ingredients. The culinary experience offered is authentic and surprising from every point of view. The welcoming and professional staff made me feel at home from the moment I entered. The variety of pizzas offered on the menu satisfied my every need, from the classic margherita to the creative gourmet pizza with fresh ingredients of the highest quality.

Stunning place, super friendly and helpful staff and the pizza is one of the best I've eaten. Their cartwheel is unbeatable.

Dopo alcuni eventi passati festeggiati in questo ex ristorante ci siamo cimentati nella prova “pizza”. Andiamo con ordine, il locale leggermente rinnovato rispetto al passato, rispetta lo stesso stile. Il giardino esterno è curato nei dettagli. Passiamo alla prova del “9”, la pizza. Prova ampiamente superata: pizza buona, digeribile e con prodotti di ottima qualità. Prezzi nella norma. Da provare assolutamente.
