The quality of the pizzas is extraordinary, with very fresh ingredients and combinations that satisfy every palate. My favorite pizza? Without a doubt LA SCAROLA, space! Every bite is a surprise, and the pizza dough is very light. The place is very nice and welcoming. An experience not to be missed for those who love really good pizza!

This pizzeria was recommended to us by Italian wineries in Cava dei Tirreni, our favorite place. From Avellino we always go to Aversa for the many nice places to eat but the pizza we cooked was really delicious, the place was really nice, the staff were very kind, how to feel everything was excellent at home.

Non ancora tutti sanno che il format è cambiato e non si tratta più quindi di un ristorante ma oggi si è trasformato in una pizzeria che non delude le aspettative. La pizza è incredibilmente buona, con un impasto leggero e ben lievitato che la rende digeribile e sfiziosa. Ogni morso è un esplosione, con ingredienti freschi e di qualità. Il locale è davvero accogliente, con un’atmosfera calda e ben curata. Anche gli antipasti e i dolci meritano una menzione speciale. Gli antipasti sono gustosi e preparati con ingredienti freschi, mentre i dolci sono una vera delizia per il palato, con creazioni originali che conquistano il cuore di chi le assaggia. In sintesi, una pizzeria che sa come farsi apprezzare, con un menu ricco di sapori autentici e un servizio attento. Consigliatissima per chi cerca una serata all’insegna della buona cucina.

I recently had the pleasure of enjoying a cartwheel margherita at this pizzeria. The dough was exceptionally well leavened and light, literally melting in your mouth. A great recognition of the highest quality ingredients. I also tasted other pizzas, such as the 'Caravaggio', although it was rich in ingredients, it maintained a balance of flavors and an unexpected lightness. It is probably one of the best in the Agro Aversano.

Cottura is one of the best pizzerias in Aversa. Here you will find, in addition to the beautiful and welcoming location (also ideal for events), high quality products.
