The excellent quality of the ingredients and dishes, combined with absolutely reasonable prices for Val Gardena and the unique location in a beautifully renovated barn preserving the original 17th-century features, make this place a real gem. Highly recommended! We had dinner for six of us with two children!

Beautiful and modern chalet. Probably the best lunch of the holiday! Friendly and fast service, perfect timing, and an excellent wine list. Excellent appetizers: perfect crispy egg and homemade cured meats and cheeses. Exceptional pork knuckle. Superb value for money. Congratulations! ⭐

Wonderful restaurant with even more wonderful staff. The tasting menu and wine pairing were fantastic. My wife and I visited 3 times in as many days and the staff was extremely friendly each time. Highly recommended if staying in the Dolomites.

11/12/2025: Welcoming, well-maintained, and beautifully decorated, the atmosphere is pleasant. The menu offers traditional dishes with delightful reinterpretations. The veal tongue is delicious, well-executed. The pork ribs are amazing… Quality ingredients… Wide selection of wines… Excellent homemade desserts… Wide selection of liqueurs… Friendly, friendly, and very professional staff… We ate very well, thank you.

Ristorante Costabella

15/03/2026: Cozy place with nice pizzas at affordable prices. The cocktail hugina was very nice, recommended. So was the housemade tiramisu. Pizza size is very good and with nice dough.
14/03/2026: The Costabella restaurant is an amazing place - we ended up going three times during our week‑long holiday. The staff are incredibly friendly and always ready to help. The food was excellent - we tried starters, pizzas, burgers, local dishes, and desserts. The Wiener Schnitzel was outstanding and is easily the best in town (and yes, we compared!). The pizza was delicious and you can even get it to go. Compared to other restaurants in the area, Costabella really stands out for its welcoming team, tasty food, and great value for money. I recommend calling a day in advance to reserve a table at the time that suits you best, but the team is always very accommodating and usually manages to find a spot even if you arrive without a reservation.
