Costa Verde In Silvi

A beautiful seaside restaurant with a splendid raised veranda offering a stunning sea view. The food is good, fresh, and well-prepared. The service isn't professional, but it's friendly and welcoming. A great place to eat seafood at a reasonable price and relax with friends. I recommend it.

Even though Gabriela speaks very good English, she was patient with our broken Italian. Our Italian was a challenge for us and especially for her. Grazie mille😘

We've been to Costa Verde twice already. The first time, it seemed like a decent place, although we had some doubts about the quality of the food, so we decided to give it a second chance. I don't usually write negative reviews, but unfortunately, our impressions were confirmed here. The raw seafood is good, but the tartare was completely tasteless, as if it had no flavor at all. We ordered three portions of pasta with clams and were brought a single bowl to share, with portions distributed randomly: some had more, some had less—a truly unpleasant situation. The children's pasta was completely tasteless, lacking salt, so much so that they didn't even want to eat it. The sparkling wine seemed to be the cheapest possible, simply bottled. And finally, the service: the waiter (short, bald, perhaps even the owner) was very rude, especially to the children. He kept trying to clear away unfinished dishes when anyone stood up for a moment; he even took away the bread and oil while we were still using them. He repeatedly showed annoyance when the children moved from the table or played. A truly unwelcoming place. I'm not saying it's worth a try, but personally, we won't be returning.

Eating here is always an experience. We love fish and come here regularly. Eating on the terrace with a view of the sea is simply fantastic. Authentic regional cuisine in a wonderful ambiance.

I booked the day before and they reserved me a place on the outdoor terrace, facing the sea. Excellent service with polite and professional staff. Excellent food and fresh fish. I will gladly return
