A real surprise....at first it was complicated to choose between refined dishes with an infinite number of combinations of unlikely ingredients. The brilliant chef with 3 Michelin stars...the girl who follows the customers and accompanies them in choosing the super prepared order. Raw materials from your own garden. And we come from Milan super square never eaten like this.

Enchanting place, right next to the medieval Federiciana tower. Relaxing, warm and welcoming atmosphere. Chef Cosimo's style can be perceived in every dish. What it offers is well-executed contemporary cuisine, up to today's standards and which responds perfectly to the needs of those looking for new sensations and new emotions in a dish. Forget about feeling the flavor of the orecchiette and minchiareddhi with "scante" ricotta in the tarte-tatin of tomatoes and strong ricotta ice cream, and the memory of your grandmother cooking them; here the doors of memories do not open, but those of amazement and wonder open wide; new emotions indeed, equally pleasant and stimulating. There is attention on the part of the chef towards the customer, which at these levels is fundamental, but the same attention must be given above all by the dining room staff, who have only occasionally proven to be up to the task; but it is just a small starting point to work on, to achieve excellence. A beautiful experience therefore, definitely worth repeating.

At Cosimo Russo you only eat of the highest quality.
The seafood products are very fresh and truly local (not like what you find around and which they falsely serve you in various restaurants).
The meat is exquisite, very tender and refined, like duck or pig meat.
The first courses are to be moved by how delicious they are when you serve them!
The menu is varied and created by the chef, from appetizers, to sorbets, to first courses, to bread...
My favorite dish is the egg tagliolini (made by the Chef) with a sprinkling of truffle.
But I love everything served in this restaurant...IT'S ALL DELICIOUS.
The staff is friendly and attentive to the customer.
The location is soft and relaxing, in the heart of the historic center.
What else can I say... Cosimo Russo is the best, both for those who know about haute cuisine, for those with a refined palate or simply for those who are good eaters.
Correct prices for the high quality offered.
