Every morning we looked forward to our cappuccinos, croissants and fresh orange juice. It was incredibly tasty and the service was simply wonderful. Always in a good mood, really hard working and super warm. I will visit this coffee again and again when I am in Sardinia 🥰

Very nice place for breakfast. Good quality food! It's the first time I've tried it and I went back a few days later because I liked it so much, the service is good and the staff are courteous! The food is also good, I will definitely go back for breakfast and if I have the chance I will also try it for an aperitif!😜

This roadside bar is very convenient for a quiet breakfast or a quick coffee before heading to the beach. The service is fast and very kind and is carried out at the table once the receipt has been received at the cash register. We ordered a coffee, a cappuccino and two sweet pieces which were reasonably good. We will definitely be back!

Driving, early in the morning, towards San Teodoro d'Oviddè (this is what this charming seaside town is called in Gallura dialect), I used to stop in this small bar which seemed to have been placed on purpose, along the eastern road, to invite you to a sweet breakfast, with cappuccino and croissant, before shopping Teodorina in one of the many supermarkets on the streets.
And I did the same thing a few days ago, maybe two. And since I used to sit at a cool table among many who were already eating and drinking happily, I instead found myself, sadly, last in a long queue to take a number at the checkout, because - as we read in a warning to customers - until 11am, table service is a mirage in the desert for everyone, even for the Emperor Augustus himself. So, peace, with my cifrino I stand in a corner, in the bar where others like me await, a little bewildered, their order. Which reaches everyone, with the cry of: "eleven", "twelve", "thirteen", in a crescendo of ascending numbers just like at the post office, in the bank and in all the boring places where some document in bureaucratic Latinrum is expected .
Leaning on a thin table runner that runs along the wall, we eat. The croissant, however, eaten standing up, seemed more suitable for Goldilocks than for me and just a drop of apricot jam filled it in a great "amargura". The coffee was coffee, no more, no less, and that's all I have to say. So, sixteen, seventeen and eighteen, over and out.
No, I was disappointed and Cosi boni, which was a stage in my Sardinian life, is canceled for now, I will get over it with my grinder without looking back. At least until I can comfortably sit at a table as one should do in a respectable bar and as it has always been until yesterday...
