Splendid venue, Braceria with open kitchen, very large selection of meats, well-stocked wine cellar,
I recommend not skipping any course starting from their selection of delicatessen and then special appetizers, first courses and then their signature meat.
I forgot excellent desserts.
We will definitely be back

Recommended for all its meat specialties.
First time ever and I was immediately captured by the external appearance. Once inside we are welcomed in an excellent way, service and attention out of the ordinary. The quality of the food is high as is the knowledge of what is behind the food, also skilled in telling it. The wine list is immense and well curated. I will return!

We had lunch for work and the experience was decidedly positive. We started with an appetizer of cured meats, really excellent, plentiful and of superior quality. Next, we enjoyed a top-notch black Angus, cooked to perfection. To conclude, we savored a decomposed puff pastry and a pistachio biscuit, delicious. We also highly recommend it for the impeccable service and the very welcoming location. We will definitely be back!

Curatissima braceria di livello molto alto. Una vera e proprio boutique della carne con servizio da ristorante di lusso. Salumi favolosi con profumi straordinari, menziono il pata negra, senza parlare poi ovviamente del filetto alla brace che si scioglieva in bocca. Il conto, sinceramente, è stato più che onesto tenendo conto dell’abbondanza degli antipasti e dei taglieri, delle dimensioni dei filetti e ovviamente del servizio che veramente e’ impeccabile. Un punto di riferimento.

Location molto bella - servizio sempre al meglio . Provenendo da una scuola alberghiera riconosco la professionalita' . Questa volta pero' 3 stelle per essere gentili dacche' in tanti anni di frequentazione non era mai capitato. Le candele alla genovese con la pasta precotta e' inammissibile - scotte al centro disidratate e dure ai lati . Signori non e' accettabile. Neppure se il ristorante fosse stato stracolmo. Non lo era.
