I just placed my second order. The pizzas are very good. Cooked in a wood-fired oven, a fundamental yet unknown feature in many other pizzerias. The pizzas are decidedly good and the prices are fair. Also, keep in mind that the ingredients are plentiful and of high quality. In Turin, it's hard to find a pizza with even a decent tomato sauce; at Cos' e Pazz, the tomato sauce is good. I'd like to emphasize their kindness, a quality not to be overlooked. When I placed my first order, I had some difficulty. I'd like to thank the person who patiently helped me reorder. It took almost twenty minutes on the phone; he was truly kind and patient. I think I've finally found my trusted pizzeria for the months I'll be spending in Turin. Finally! Well done, happy to be your customer. Lastly: this is the first time I've written a positive review. The other reviews are all in complete darkness, without stars or moon.
