A small wine bar in Padua's ghetto that embodies all the traditional values. The two guys at the counter are super helpful and friendly. My girlfriend and I felt at ease; I highly recommend this place. Top prices; in short, if you're passing through Padua's ghetto, you can't miss this place!

A historic and traditional venue in the center of Padua, with spectacular drinks and wines paired with the typical local SPUNCIOTTI, which weren't good... they were out of this world! Go there, you won't regret it!

We stopped by on a gloomy evening in Padua, where Padua was almost empty. I've always wanted to stop at Corte Sconta, but I've always found it packed. So, arriving there and finding the place empty, the music GREAT (Subsonica's "Sonde" was playing when we arrived - top), the selection of cicchetti (I was supposed to go to dinner, but I'm still drooling over the cicchetti with country ragù), the wonderful wine selection, the friendly service, and the cozy atmosphere—what more could you ask for? THANK YOU for the experience!

17/01/2026: The restaurant is beautifully decorated and very unique. It was even pleasant to eat in the soft, candlelit atmosphere. We chose two appetizers (a trio of fish, artichoke carpaccio, late Trevigiana cheese, truffle oil, aged Asiago cheese, and toasted seeds) to share, a first course, and two second courses (pasta with beans, cuttlefish with polenta, and pork cheek braised in red wine with polenta). We washed it all down with a bottle of Valpolicella. To finish, we had a tiramisu and a chestnut tart. We paid €44 each. Excellent value. Highly recommended.
