Ristorante accogliente titolari squisiti attenti ad ogni esigenza pietanze ottime e particolari cucina ricercata e pesce freschissimo il pane senza glutine di diversi tipi fatto sempre da loro e sempre come tutto il resto senza glutine veramente buono e fragrante esperienza ottima da rifare al più presto

An excellent service very detailed, special dishes and well plated, like works of art. Very nice and welcoming A completely gluten free menu. With a good choice of wines. Thank you very much A I would like to say that you would like to eat in a starred restaurant for me the food is the same except that here the portions are bigger

A FANTASTIC discovery! We were together with my girlfriend in this splendid restaurant; We were particularly positively surprised by the splendid service and the attention to detail in the explanations. The union of husband and wife, who divide the tasks between the dining room and the kitchen, gives an edge to the restaurant, I wish these guys the best! COMPLIMENTS!

super cute place with excellent food for celiacs and for food lovers in general. The place inside is beautifully decorated and it has just a few tables so no crowd and no noise ( and we ourselves had a 6yo with us) The service has been great but the guy was alone and he had to take orders, prepare the drinks, get the dishes to the tables and explain them for the whole restaurant so... I would suggest a little help, especially on a Friday night But anyway, we enjoyed very much!

Great experience with my family here. We got a special salad which was amazing and my son of 6 years old loved . Fish and meat options made all the family happy. Absolutely recommended.

Locale molto carino, personale disponibile e gentile. Essendo celiaca ho sempre problemi nel mangiare ed essere tranquilla. Qui ho potuto gustare tutto… gnocchetti fantastici!!

Consigliatissimo!!! Cibo ottimo, di qualità ottima e originalità apprezzabile!!! Un localino molto molto carino, menù vario con alcune particolarità raramente proposte dai ristoranti. Sicuramente da ripetere!!!

15/01/2025: Domenica scorsa sono stata a pranzo presso La Fornace insieme alla mia famiglia. Non ero mai stata presso questo ristorante ma mia sorella sì; visto che ci siamo riuniti per festeggiare il compleanno della nostra amata mamma ho fatto scegliere a lei per andare sul sicuro! E direi che non poteva scegliere di meglio! Una bellissima location, tavolo riservato davanti ad una grande finestra con una vista mozzafiato, le nostre montagne… Cibo a dir poco ottimo. Piatti tipici abruzzesi, materia prima di grande qualità. Il titolare ed il figlio ti accompagnano durante il pasto con la loro garbata e simpatica presenza per spiegare piatti e prodotti utilizzati. I miei complimenti più sentiti, e personalmente fatti, vanno alla Chef, innamorata di questo lavoro… ecco perché a La Fornace si mangia divinamente, perché cucinare è un grandissimo gesto d’amore. Torneremo senza dubbio.

14/01/2024: Impeccable place and atmosphere, very elegant and refined. Truly professional service. We chose the meat-based tasting menu, one dish better than the other. The egg with chestnuts and Jerusalem artichokes was phenomenal. Each combination is studied down to the smallest detail, everything perfectly taken care of in shape and taste. The only advice I would give is to first inform the customer that there is no à la carte menu, but that it is possible to choose between two tasting menus. We will definitely come back to try the fish-based menu!
14/01/2024: Locale ed atmosfera impeccabili, molto eleganti e raffinati. Servizio davvero professionale. Abbiamo scelto il menù degustazione a base di carne, un piatto più buono dell’altro. L’uovo con castagne e topinambur era fenomenale. Ogni abbinamento è studiato nel minimo dettaglio, tutto perfettamente curato nella forma e nel gusto. L’unico consiglio che darei è di informare prima il cliente del fatto che non esiste un menù alla carta, ma che è possibile scegliere tra due menù degustazione. Torneremo sicuramente ad assaggiare il menù a base di pesce!
