Siamo stati il 22/06 a cena con amici per la festa altoatesina. In tutta verità è stata una piacevolissima serata, con orchestra, musica e gente felice. Il mangiare buono, idem il beverage. Certo di tornarci il prossimo anno.

Giace nel mezzo di una campagna rigogliosa e curata con sapienza e attenzione quasi maniacale....dev'essere di famiglia!!! La cucina nel solco della tradizione sud tirolese/atesina è un raro esempio di ristorazione di livello e intensità professionale dove il perfezionamento è la corretta esecuzione dei piatti ha come contr'altare un servizio attento e gentilissimo. Un'eccellenza anche fosse un ristorante a Bolzano... e siamo nel mantovano, per fortuna più vicino a chi scrive e la frequenta. Un grazie a tutto lo staff.

25/05/2024: The handmade instant noodles were so delicious and took half an hour to make. It made my stomach shrink. The atmosphere was also very beautiful. It was full of protein and a bunch of flies were flying around. They were lying on my chopsticks and bowl. I am full of happiness, and there is no such top-notch seasoning as vinegar. I really feel sorry for you. I asked you if you have such high-end ingredients as vinegar. It seems that I, a rural person, don’t understand. I think it is too easy to catch a fish by the river and eat it raw. It tastes better than the instant noodles in your ramen shop. It seems that you really like eating with the pet flies in the shop. There are not as many flies on the roadside as there are in the shop.
