An uninspiring experience: Surprisingly poor service and no knowledge of the wines offered on the menu. The first course was poorly balanced and the portions were meager compared to other restaurants in the area. The torta al testo was extremely dry, and we weren't given the option of adding anything to make it chewier. The side dish was bland and dull. Prices were average. In short, a few things need to be revisited.

We ended up here by chance, and I must say that we immediately found a very kind and nice girl to welcome us, the menu has a great variety of choices in fact I who am following a ketogenic diet I managed to find dishes ideal for my diet! They were super nice to accommodate me and that is no small thing trust me! My daughter took the fettuccine with ragù and according to her and my husband they were really delicious, I took a chicken breast with salad and my husband a sliced ​​steak with truffle. Typical Perugian trattoria in a historic location. Very friendly and helpful restaurateur. Very delicious dishes especially the typical tagliatelle with truffle. Fair and honest prices. Highly recommended

Restaurant in the center of Perugia. We ate very well. Good platter, there were mainly cured meats and a little cheese. Exquisite pici, both in the cheese and pepper version, with Sienese mince and carbonara. We also ordered tagliatelle with truffles. The truffle is not grated at the moment but already served on the pasta. Very kind staff. Not bad house red wine. Good value for money. Advised.

Bar Centrale S.A.S

17/08/2025: Bar Centrale has always been a popular meeting place in Marsciano. It's located in the same splendid historic building as the Concordia Theater and in the municipal gardens. It was recently renovated and is beautiful both inside and out. It also serves lunch and dinner. The quality of the food and drinks is good. Prices have increased significantly since the renovation. The young manager brilliantly recommends sampling the various alcoholic and spirit drinks, as if the clientele were all wealthy young people. To prevent a dear friend, notoriously struggling financially, from having to pay for the amaro recommended by the manager, I settled the bill myself. An amaro costs €9, but we're not in Milan's Piazza Duomo; we're at Bar Centrale in Marsciano.
