I've only tried good panzerotti, but they weren't special, nor did they seem handmade. I can't give a higher rating because reheated, non-fried panzerotti don't earn a high rating in my opinion (in Bari, that is).

I was in Bari for the first time and, honestly, I was looking for a place that made panzerotti and focaccia baresi... I stumbled upon this bakery and, searching on Google, saw the excellent reviews. Upon entering, I immediately noticed how clean it was and the variety of products available. I personally purchased a panzerotto and a slice of focaccia barese, and both were top-quality.

🍽️ This is the perfect place for a delicious and affordable lunch in Bari. For €6.50, we got 1/3 focaccia and a bowl of lasagna.
🎟️Don't forget to take a number on the right as you enter. This makes things quick and orderly.
And the restroom is free 🚽.

I personally go there every day for lunch when I'm at the office in Bari. It's a welcoming place with two truly talented and empathetic staff. It's hard to find a place where the product, staff, and atmosphere are in harmony with the customer. This place has it all, and there's nothing more to it. Give it a try if you're passing by, and you'll see that it's always exactly as described. Everyone enjoys the focaccia and panzerotti, even the first courses and side dishes.

One of the best bakeries in Bari. Francesca, the counter assistant, is kind and helpful, always ready to welcome customers with a smile. I highly recommend it; it's worth a full 5 stars.
