04/09/2025: This restaurant was a delightful surprise during our vacation in Salento. The dishes are carefully prepared, tasty, and you can taste the quality of the ingredients. The chef's linguine with their cherry tomatoes was simply delicious: balanced flavors, fresh fish, and a sauce that truly smelled of the sea. For the main course, I tried the fresh tuna, perfectly cooked, accompanied by garden vegetables that deserve a special mention: not the usual flavorless grilled vegetables, but chicory, zucchini, and steamed green beans, flavorful and homely, seasonal. I especially love vegetables, and these were truly special! The atmosphere is welcoming, the service very friendly, attentive without being intrusive, and the prices fair. A place where you can eat truly well and with flavor. Highly recommended!

07/09/2025: Five stars are truly too few: the atmosphere is clean, the staff are extremely friendly, the owner is very attentive to our requests, and the food is high-quality and plentiful. It's a real shame we discovered it on the last night of our vacation.
