SUBLIME culinary experience…. Appetizer: LIVER PATÉ WITH CARAMELIZED TROPEA ONIONS AND HOMEMADE BRIOCHE BREAD, I could have eaten so many that I would have been sick, the brioche bread melted in my mouth. Then I opted for a second course: SALMON TATAKI IN A BLACK SESAME CRUST ON A CREAM OF BROAD BEANS WITH ASPARAGUS, finger-licking good, all accompanied with bread and schiacciata made by the Chef. Unfortunately I didn't try the dessert chosen by Lia, this will make me want to go back….. ABSOLUTELY A COMPLIMENT TO THE CHEF FOR HER IMAGINATION AND PASSION.

All very good. Food made with care and love. The environment is very nice and beautiful and the service very good indeed. We had a very good time. We took the recommended dishes and they were really very good.

Congusto Restaurant is always a certainty! We also chose it today for Easter: a very pleasant confirmation in the refined research of the dishes, the attention to detail and the courtesy of the staff.

Beautiful place! Very kind and excellent staff. Crazy food, the pappardelle with burrata and truffle was an elegant, sophisticated and delicious dish. The olive flatbread melted in your mouth. The truffle panna cotta, a novelty that amazed me. I recommend it to everyone.

I stayed at the hotel and on the second evening I tried the restaurant on the ground floor, I was very surprised because the food was really crazy (I'm vegetarian). I ate an appetizer with a low-temperature cooked egg hidden in a parmesan foam, I'm only sorry I didn't photograph it! I made up for it with the first: a ravioli with asparagus and goat cheese, the photo is enough to understand the high levels of the cuisine. I hope to return soon to try other vegetarian dishes on the menu! In the meantime I recommend it!

I highly recommend this place, I went there by chance because I was traveling on the road from Volterra to Pontedera and the restaurant was in a very convenient location! I had a nice plate of truffle pappardelle and... what can I say, the best pappardelle of my life! Clearly fresh dough, strong taste of truffle but delicate at the same time, I can't explain it... I can only recommend trying it! If you ever end up in those parts again, it will be a safe stop!

A real discovery in the heart of Tuscany! This restaurant in Peccioli is an all-round sensorial experience, where the passion for cooking can be felt in every detail. The chef deserves sincere applause: her mastery is perceived in every dish, from the choice of raw materials to the care in presentation. The herring tagliolini are unforgettable, a perfect balance between flavor and delicacy, with a creaminess that envelops the palate without ever feeling heavy. A dish that tells the story of the territory with a touch of surprising originality. And what about the taco with Chianina joke? A tribute to the Tuscan tradition, but with a modern refinement. The meat, very tender and tasty, is enhanced by never intrusive seasonings, which let the quality of the raw material shine. A welcoming atmosphere and an up-to-date wine list complete an experience to remember. We will definitely be back, with our mouths watering and our hearts full of gratitude.

We had lunch at this wonderful restaurant on the outskirts of Peccioli. Refined and bright atmosphere. Attentive service and surprising menu. Every dish we ordered was served with great elegance and delicious. Excellent selection of wines too. We will definitely be back. Excellent location also for visiting Peccioli because very close to the shuttle service to the town.

28/03/2025: I went for a dinner with colleagues, simple and welcoming staff, very clean and nice place. Special dishes with a union of flavors that when released in the mouth have their own reason! A nice surprise, I will definitely be back! Compliments!
