SUBLIME culinary experience... Appetizer: LIVER Pâté WITH CARAMELIZED TROPEA ONIONS AND HOMEMADE BRIOCHE. I could have eaten so many, the brioche melted in my mouth. Then I opted for a main course: BLACK SESAME-CRUSTED SALMON TATAKI ON A CREAM OF FAVE BEANS WITH ASPARAGUS. Mouth-watering, all served with bread and schiacciata (flatbread) made by the Chef. Unfortunately, I didn't try the dessert, chosen by Lia, but this will make me want to return... ABSOLUTELY. COMPLIMENTS TO THE CHEF FOR HER IMAGINATION AND PASSION.
