A different kind of Japanese. Special dishes served with a care that's very different from the usual all-you-can-eat. I tried Takoyaki: just like the ones in Osaka, but good Flambe salmon gouncan: very good good Uramaki Amalfi: with fried shrimp, really excellent Service was good Price €44 with water and dessert

An unparalleled experience at the Vietri sul Mare location: an enchanting place, overlooking the sea in the heart of Vietri; impeccable service, friendly, affable, very professional and always ready staff; for the food there are no words that can explain the emotion you feel when tasting the delicacies cooked by the chef, to say that it is of excellent quality for me is an understatement; we relied on the staff and everything was in harmony with inebriating flavors. Compliments for everything, we will return soon.

Hokusai Ramen

27/11/2025: This restaurant is confirmed as one of the best Japanese ramen restaurants. The staff is polite and friendly, and the owner also offers a warm welcome, exuding his love for Japan. I've been a regular customer for five years and have never been disappointed; the new layout is beautiful. The only flaw is that I would have appreciated more vegan options, as the food is excellent. Kudos to the chef behind it. Coming from Rome, this will be one of the places I'll absolutely miss, as the friendliness and kindness of the staff and the warmth of the kitchen have become familiar after so many years. Hokusai has remained consistently top-rated since 2016; they don't just give out red prawns. Kudos!
