Couples' dinner with a tasting menu. An intimate restaurant with an open kitchen, very refined and welcoming. Excellent presentation of the dishes and top-quality ingredients. The bread tasting that accompanies the entire dinner is very interesting. A perfect balance between innovation and tradition. The only disappointing note was the aperitif, offered to us by the wait staff with the exact words: "Before you order, we offer you our aperitif." There must have been a misunderstanding, since it was listed on the bill for €60!!! I urge the wait staff to use a different formula instead of "we offer you," or simply be more clear! This was enough to ruin an excellent dining experience, making us feel cheated and ruling out returning to the restaurant.

For our anniversary, my boyfriend and I had the pleasure of trying chef Manuel Tropea's dishes. Everything was beautiful and delicious: carefully prepared dishes, refined yet unique flavors, and above all, the way they showcased our local products was what really impressed us. Their commitment to reducing waste was a pleasant surprise, and the interplay of flavors was the icing on the cake. The minimalist, very refined and clean atmosphere and the service were lovely, friendly, and precise. The open kitchen is wonderful! I highly recommend a visit; their approach to dishes is truly remarkable.

We chose the 10-course tasting menu: a meticulously planned experience, where each dish tells a different story of Catania. The portions are perfectly balanced to ensure the complete experience; we left feeling full and completely satisfied. The staff was incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive, making us feel right at home. The atmosphere, the attention to service, and the quality of the dishes make this restaurant a little gem. An experience to be relived over and over again!

It's a unique experience, everything is literally perfect, from the impeccable service to the cuisine, which takes you on a journey through Sicily with its flavors, savored in an exquisite setting. You are warmly looked after, expertly advised and genuinely valued as a guest. The cuisine is top notch: creative, diverse and beautifully presented. What impressed me most was the generosity as extra courses are served that surprise and delight, making the evening truly special.
