Historic place, the best pizzas in the world!!!

I'm returning home from Milan for a few days, and my wife and I go to Concetti to taste something good again....instead they were delicious! Basic white pizza with porchetta Unique, simple but divine because they are made with excellent quality products. Thank you for this emotion

The Concetti pizzeria with its selected staff is the most serious structure in terms of management and tastiness of its products. Several months ago, near where I live, I went to buy a 4 seasons pizza to take home. Given that I have known the people who have worked in this pizzeria for many years, when when we were young we would see each other in a bar but not the owner, I only saw him around in passing (hello me, hello him) , I don't even know his surname or his first name, it's as usual, I don't ask anyone who is who he isn't. I mind my own business. I am a person who, if not called into question as they say, I don't waste time knowing the facts of others (I know, which is a bit unusual in countries but that's how I am). I rush home to enjoy the pizza hot after having previously swept, mopped, put them in the washing machine, and hung them out. I am about to taste it (hungry), I notice a slightly stale cooked ham flavour, but I continue to eat a lot, at most it could only give me a very slight stomach ache as it has been. For me it's to be overlooked in every sense. I notice 4 black olives (now I'm making my own taste with them)! At the first olive I taste, I suddenly feel that a tooth has undergone a substantial transformation. I stop to check the situation and what do I notice? A broken tooth, as the olive was not pitted, as checked with the others. What do I do! do I go to the pizza chef-owner who made my pizza and delivered it to me by the employee who is not at fault? And to say what! Is this my broken tooth at my house after eating his pizza? He would have believed it! He would have proved me right! He would have reimbursed me for the damage he suffered! I THINK NO. And why should I have suffered this wrong! NEVER HAD ANY MISUNDERSTANDINGS WITH HIM. Envy of me or what else! By asking outside my municipality on days. later in various pizzerias about how a 4 seasons was made up, those I asked, in response, told me that regarding its components, in general, black olives should never be added, they should be PITTED. Not with all the nuts and bolts. Conclusion €150.00 at the dentist, I had to book the appointment, take the car, travel about 5 km. Finding parking, waiting in the dental waiting room because there was someone more urgent than me. Why am I so envied and so in other parts!!!!!!!!!!

Unpretentious, very familiar environment. Good pizza although sometimes cooked too quickly.

Historic pizzeria in the center of Grottammare. It reminds me of my adolescence and the quality hasn't changed since the days of Sandro and Pasquale. Big, big, big!!!

Excellent pizza by the slice and cheap prices. Advised.

Il personale è sempre gentile, le pizze sono squisite così come i polli arrosto. Prezzi più che onesti. Non si può non fare una sosta da loro, sia che si tratti di una cenetta informale sia che si tratti di una breve pausa. Concetti è il top di Grottammare, il giusto mix tra tradizione e gusto.
