What can I say? The Masaniello hotel is fantastic, the staff is competent and very kind. Having arrived from an unpleasant adventure, we were welcomed super well. I booked a suite. The staff, knowing my misadventure, made me find the room already with the air conditioning on. The room was perfect, spacious, clean and the bed was very comfortable. I highly recommend it. We will definitely be back.

The rooms were not so clean, but overall you slept well and in some rooms there were pleasant amenities such as a TV, bathtub (found dirty), and chest of drawers (dirty). The service was non-existent even though from the beginning they were cheerful and helpful. The location is not optimal, although from the rooms on the 2nd floor you have a magnificent view of Vesuvius. the only flaw is that it overlooks the road and isn't exactly nice to look at. All in all it's not bad even if there is better.

09/05/2025: Absolutamente deliciosa comida y excelente servicio. Tuvimos un tiempo muy agradable con deliciosos bocados y algunos de los mejores vinos que he tomado. El personal era muy amable y fue más allá para hacer nuestra noche especial, especialmente para el cumpleaños de mi esposa. ¡No puedo esperar a volver!
27/04/2025: Ristorante incastonato in un angolo di paradiso di Lacco Ameno sotto il costone che delimita la baia . Dalla terrazza a livello sul mare si ammira il paesino di Lacco e si gode di una vista con lo sfondo del Vesuvio. Siamo sul mare e un meraviglioso costone in tufo scolpito dal vento e dalla salsedine e con piante ornamentali mediterranee allietano la vista. La location è unica. In terrazza accolti con aperitivi e finger-food di elevata fattura e preparazione. Lo Chef Palamara a mio avviso insuperabile ti lascia riconoscere i sapori di piatti preparati con una maestria ben superiore al riconoscimento di una Stella Michelen andrebbe sicuramente insignito di per i meriti dimostrati sul campo. Torneremo sicuramente sia per l'accoglienza che per testare le leccornie di Palamare . Bravi tutti a presto.

17/10/2025: Fantastic restaurant accompanied by an extremely elegant and kind staff, a warm and familiar atmosphere, let's move on to the food, everything is delicious, the meat dissolves in the palate, a sensation I have experienced in my life, what can I say, I recommend it not once but three times.
17/10/2025: La Torre restaurant is one of the best restaurants I've ever tried. I went there for dinner with my boyfriend and a group of friends and we loved it! The pasta and potatoes were delicious, creamy and flavorful, and the meat was tender and perfectly cooked. The coffee was also… spectacular! The staff was super friendly and helpful, always smiling. You can tell they care about their customers. We'll definitely be back! ❤️ ---
