Complesso Masaniello Hotel Ristorante & Eventi In Casoria

What can I say? The Masaniello hotel is fantastic, the staff is competent and very kind. Having arrived from an unpleasant adventure, we were welcomed super well. I booked a suite. The staff, knowing my misadventure, made me find the room already with the air conditioning on. The room was perfect, spacious, clean and the bed was very comfortable. I highly recommend it. We will definitely be back.

Very comfortable room, apart from the music until late at night from the place below, very kind staff, very clean and very good dinner.

The rooms were not so clean, but overall you slept well and in some rooms there were pleasant amenities such as a TV, bathtub (found dirty), and chest of drawers (dirty). The service was non-existent even though from the beginning they were cheerful and helpful. The location is not optimal, although from the rooms on the 2nd floor you have a magnificent view of Vesuvius. the only flaw is that it overlooks the road and isn't exactly nice to look at. All in all it's not bad even if there is better.
