What a pleasant surprise to stumble upon a sushi place right across the street from our temporary apartment. The food is about half the price as the lowest amount they should be selling it. The salmon, wine, and rolls were excellent quality. The restaurant is run by a small family that were extremely accommodating and kind. They gave us digestifs after our meal. Awesome experience.

Every time I leave Kazan I am super satisfied. Even if it is not an all you can eat, the experience is really worth it: I can start with some rice, broth, fried salmon and then move on to sushi — all taken care of in detail. In the end, the sushi is truly excellent: very fresh, prepared with visibly high quality ingredients.

16/07/2025: I went for dinner with my daughter and some friends. The all-you-can-eat menu was very good and varied, with portions even larger than those at other similar restaurants I've been to. Recommended.
03/07/2025: I've tried so many all you can eat places, I've lost count! They've never disappointed me, always excellent quality food, nothing to do with the rest of the area! When I want to be on the safe side, they're always my first choice!

The cuisine is authentic Japanese, without overly catering to Western tastes like many chains. The flavors are authentic for those unfamiliar with Japanese cuisine, perhaps a little harsh, but still true to tradition. In my opinion, the cuisine is very good and as high-quality as anything I've tried in Japan. The prices are fair for what you get. Recommended.
