Well-kept atmosphere and a beautiful location with ample parking. Excellent, smiling welcome, spotlessly clean. The food was good; I was expecting something more Ciociaria-style, but the dishes were carefully prepared and plentiful. Average prices.

The food was very good, except for the desserts, which were a bit poor. The staff treated you like family, but there were also some who were a bit rude. The prices were good, and from the outside, the place looked more like a home than a restaurant. Overall, we had a good time.

The tagliata is very good, tender, tasty, cooked just right. The waiter was very kind and honest, the place was full and he advised us what to eat in reasonable times. The tonnarelli were good, but when the babà arrived, collerosa... a masterpiece!

Sono stato ieri sera per la prima volta al ristorante "Collerosa" con dei miei amici. Il locale si presenta ordinato e pulito. Appena entrati siamo stati accolti dal personale con sorriso,si sono resi subito disponibili alle nostre richieste con la massima cordialità. Abbiamo preso antipasto di montagna,un primo,un secondo,pizza e dessert. Riguardo la pizza devo dare personalmente punti in più poiché in altri ristoranti mi ha sempre fatto male allo stomaco invece la loro non mi ha dato nessun fastidio,cottura perfetta e croccante. Servizio nei giusti tempi nonostante c'era il pienone in sala. Buona l'organizzazione e comunicazione tra i camerieri. Prodotti freschi,cottura della pasta e condimento perfetto. Rapporto qualità-prezzo,molto buono. Siamo rimasti soddisfatti e ci torneremo con piacere. Complimenti al titolare e a tutto lo staff per averci fatto sentire a casa.
