There are no menus, in short, dinner is a fixed menu. Ask for dessert and they bring you slices of English salami on their own initiative, without asking the question of whether anyone might have an intolerance. A restaurant that does not have good bitters or dry liqueurs to close the dinner, but only pseudo-liqueurs, loses all the good things it puts on the table. This restaurant is one of those. The rest is enough. I don't recommend it.

The food is all fresh and of high quality, although limited to the portion presented: there is no encore and sometimes they don't even serve what is indicated on the menu, I think due to disorganization; good quality/price ratio. The service is very superficial, with inexperienced staff not used to talking to the public.

The location of the restaurant is fine, a pleasant outdoor environment with ample convenient parking near the entrance, a well-kept and tidy interior like the service, just enough food, preparation, quality and quantity could be improved. Unacceptable and unpresentable house wine. Obviously, since it is an event, it also depends on what has been agreed economically with the client, which does not justify the responsibility of the property. With some technical adjustments and the will to do so, it can easily be improved.

We had lunch at Colle degli Ulivi on Sunday where in addition to several tables like ours there were two occasions with the room full, we were placed quite far apart, no delays in service and good food. We didn't find anything special but rather classic cuisine but done very well. I will definitely return
