Colle de Siena In Cassino

We stopped here after our visit to Montecassino, before continuing on the highway toward Naples. We didn't expect such wonderful service from the entire staff! The food was also delicious and plentiful. The waitress gave us great advice, and the place was quiet, clean, and attractive. There's parking. Highly recommended!

A huge thank you to the owner who welcomed us, pampered us, spoiled us making us feel truly special. We booked the day before asking to sit outside because of the small child, even though they had not yet opened the garden they accommodated us, preparing a beautiful table. The food was excellent, high quality products well cooked and plated with care. We were offered an excellent glass of bubbles and a tasting of local extra virgin olive oil. We can't wait to return to try other dishes. I highly recommend it.

Excellent quality, excellent service. Courtesy, competence and… friendliness. We will return to taste the fish and the risotto. Our mouths water at the thought!

Wonderful location, my wife and I, with our family, spent our 25th wedding anniversary in a refined setting, delighted by the impeccable chef, from the presentation to the tasting of excellent dishes... I recommend it and we will definitely see each other again, thanks Colle de Siena

After struggling to find a restaurant that was both open and close to our hotels, my colleague and I stumbled upon this place with no expectations — and were more than pleasantly surprised. From the moment we arrived, we were charmed by the atmosphere. The waiter greeted us warmly at the door and offered us a glass of Prosecco to start the evening. The food was excellent: my colleague had the lamb and chocolate profiteroles, while I chose the spaghetti al cartoccio and a sort of millefoglie scomposta for dessert — a deconstructed mille-feuille with whipped cream and red berry coulis. Everything tasted home-cooked and refined — truly great value for the quality. The service was flawless from start to finish. When we asked the waiter to call a taxi to avoid a long walk along the national road at night, he kindly offered to drive us back himself, since our accommodations were just a few minutes' ride away. An unexpected gem — highly recommended!

Well, it’s a very C grade establishment, the prices are normal, but one pasta was a C grade, the other was even worse On the plus side, the host is hospitable, it’s quite fast, but it’s hard to eat even when you’re hungry And another strange thing: we ordered a bottle of water, bought it, it was neither a gift nor a compliment, and didn’t finish it I wanted to take it with me and finish it in the car, but they told me I couldn’t take it with me. Perhaps because it's in glass I don't recommend it!

Easily reachable place, location that also has tables outside surrounded by greenery, inside the rooms are sober and elegant, the attention to detail is also evident from the simple fresh flowers found at the table, the atmosphere is welcoming and made even more relaxing by the pleasant background music. The service is 5 stars already from the type of welcome that is reserved for the customer, kindness, courtesy and professionalism are the heart of the dining room staff who promptly and exhaustively satisfied all our requests. The times were precise, without unnecessary waiting but respectful. Special praise goes to the cuisine, the quality, freshness and authenticity of the raw materials are undisputed, treated with care, respecting and enhancing the organoleptic characteristics of each individual element. We opted for a fish dinner. After the entrée with a tasting of Venafro oil and a welcome prosecco, we ordered oysters, seafood salad and seared scallops as an appetizer, all excellent, from the consistency of the octopus and squid (which confirms their freshness) to the full, true seafood taste of the oysters. The delicate and tasty linguine with lemon and red prawns from Mazzara, not to mention the seared red tuna with chopped pistachios and a crumble probably of breadcrumbs which was a real pleasure for our palate, exquisite. To conclude, freshly baked pastiera, excellent! The house wine (€13) surprised our expectations, a Falanghina-chardonnay wind teanum which, with its floral hints, went perfectly with the fish we tasted. A bottle of Ferrarelle water, two coffees and two digestives, less than €50 per person. The quantities were abundant for each course, the quality, even if it is repetitive, is undeniable, high levels, even in the service! It is a place together with the staff who manage it that remains in your heart. 5 stars deserved for the splendid "family" of Colle de Siena! By the way, they also have some rooms, which we didn't have the pleasure of seeing but we will return to visit them and it will be the right opportunity to try those too!

Locale accogliente e un ottimo menù. Rapporto qualità/prezzo buono L'unica pecca...sala un po freddina..qualche grado in più non avrebbe guastato. Da ritornarci!!
