You feel at home, a magical place, the pizza is excellent, good, light and doesn't make you drink all night! I recommend everyone to come and eat here, you'll feel at home!

I was in this place a little while ago.
Overall the pizzas are good and the restaurant service is also of good quality.
However, even if the service is good, I cannot ignore the fact that incorrect terms are used on some products and present them for what they are not.
The attribution of the name "jam" to products that cannot be defined as such is somewhat incorrect and disrespectful, in proposing something that does not exist.
In addition to not being a jam, therefore having a different composition and a different preparation, it is presented in the list of desserts as an "apricot jam" dessert.
So I'll explain why this is wrong.
A clarification on the incorrect name that I see written or spoken orally on desserts, cakes with "Apricot Jam" and similar... Which I happen to see from time to time in some places and then hear people say: "but it's the same thing anyway, then everyone calls it whatever they want".
Unfortunately they are different things and wanting to pass something off as something it isn't is somewhat misleading and wrong towards the consumer, in presenting him with something that doesn't exist with that name.
So just go to any shop and a product close to jams, containing apricot or other non-citrus fruit will always be called jam and/or compote.
If, hypothetically, what the person who runs this place says was true, I should have seen something other than jams or compote written in the shops; But unfortunately the lady is not right on this point.
The fact that she and/or others of her staff offer her diners something that does not actually exist and cannot be defined as such, therefore being unfair towards the diners and which cannot be sold and defined as such.
I'm sorry that you tell me that it's the same thing ("then everyone calls it what they want") and that you don't want to accept the fact that the name given is wrong and that since there are fruits other than citrus fruits, they have a different composition and preparation.
I report what was said by the "Aware Consumer" group on Telegram, so as to better understand the situation in detail.
From "The Conscious Consumer"
: "So let's clarify the difference between jam, jam and compote.
Marmalade is only citrus, so the fruit used to produce a product that
it's called jam it can only be citrus fruits, oranges, lemons, citron, mandarins, ok, only
the jam is made of citrus fruits. All the rest are jams, therefore strawberries, apricots,
of peaches, whatever you want they are jams, they cannot be called jams. The compote is one
something a little different, why? Because compote is normally made almost exclusively of fruit,
so here we have a very high percentage of fruit, very little sugar and therefore it is
of a higher quality product, compared to the others we mentioned previously,
which instead have a quantity of sugar that can range from 60 to 40
percent, but in any case there is always more sugar in a jam and a jam than
in a compost. Here it is."
Going back to what I heard from the person who manages the place that for her "it's the same thing", she is mistakenly attributing something unfair to something that cannot be defined in all respects as jam and therefore following this given that despite this, I don't feel like giving more than three stars for the food and for the overall review.
For the fact that you can't pass off something as something else when it isn't.
In a somewhat ironic way I told him if instead of calling it pizza I called it calzone, and the calzone I called pizza.
The names would still be wrong, and therefore even more so, why do you mistakenly use a name other than the correct one, instead of using consistent names to use them in the appropriate way??
When I have the opportunity to see and hear the products called by the correct name; I will edit the review by increasing the stars.

Pizza is always great for me. Informal environment, everyone very kind. 1 star is missing only because in life there is always, in all things, a margin for improvement 😉

The home pizzeria. A unique place where you still eat classic pizza, not gourmet or super refined. Very honest costs.
