I entrusted myself to Barbara, the owner: a passionate young woman with refined taste and a keen sense of beauty and goodness. In this little gem in the heart of Ancona, she manages to offer a perfect combination of gastronomic excellence, carefully selected wines, and dishes that exude authenticity and creativity. Even though I love sushi, I've always kept my distance from anything "too raw." Yet, this time I let Barbara guide me, savoring each course with pleasure and curiosity. It was a true revelation.
