I went for lunch with relatives. The food was excellent, but there was a bit too much waiting between courses... the cacio & pepe was a bit too soft to return, but only for an appetizer (artichoke) and a carbonara already very generously cooked in the pan.

Dinner with friends during the week. The carbonara arrived cold and very al dente. Service was a bit slow, but I understand it being Christmas time. Prices were fair.

We had dinner on a Thursday evening, via The Fork. Very beautiful location, super friendly, attentive, and pleasant service. We had a very generous Roman appetizer and cacio e pepe potatoes. For our first courses, a gricia and an amatriciana, both delicious. We'll definitely be back! Round two: Wednesday evening, carbonara day! Excellent!!! I highly recommend the pizzotte. Well done!

Albergo Rifugio Chalet degli Angeli

10/08/2025: Great for après-ski! It's especially nice when evening falls and the crowds die down. The music might be a bit loud, but there are areas where you can't really hear it.
27/07/2025: I've known this refuge for years; we often went there because we had friends staying there while we stayed in a nearby hotel. It was always a pleasure to join them for a chat or a drink with friends. We returned this year with great pleasure: after enjoying some excellent aperitifs, we decided to stay for dinner as well. We went up by snowmobile, a truly fun and evocative experience that made the evening even more special. The food is good, the atmosphere warm and welcoming, and the location... enchanting, to say the least. A refuge that offers true emotions in the middle of the mountains.
