I have visited this bar on Via Nomentana a couple of times and each time I was impressed by the welcome and the quality of the service. The place is clean, tidy and tastefully furnished, with the possibility of sitting at the internal tables to calmly enjoy an excellent hot croissant. What really makes this place special, though, is Sara. A professional in the true sense of the word: always smiling, courteous and attentive to the customer's needs. He has a way of doing things that puts you at ease and conveys passion for his work. He is the type of person who makes the difference in the restaurant sector, because he doesn't just serve, but really knows how to treat the customer with respect and friendliness. Entering and finding a welcome like this makes you start your day off on the right foot. Highly recommended!
