I could really be offensive and give one star, but I prefer to be objective and give 3. The food is really worth it, especially since there are vegan and inclusive options. A few days ago I went in very happy because I had completed the 20 coffee card (calculating with the calculator I spent about a hundred euros to complete the card) and I made the mistake of going to the owner to ask if I had a drink free, he very rudely said yes and told me I MUST wait at the table. At first I thought that bad days happen to everyone, so I didn't give it much thought. The girl arrives (very very friendly), I take the order and ask "but are you sure it's free" to which she replies that she will ask the owner and he always replies yes. I arrive at the moment of payment and he charges me €1.50 because I added the soy cream and the oat milk, so only the coffee was free. I really have to understand the point of having a card made just to get a free coffee, at least specify it on the card itself, right? I'm a working student and that day I didn't have more than €2 and considering that I spent a lot in that bar it seems really ridiculous to be charged €1.50 for a bit of milk and cream. Never again. Especially for the owner, which is a shame because his employees are really nice, friendly and good at their work. Not happy among other things he tells me "well it's not like you can buy the whole bar just because you've had 20 drinks". That is, for a bit of milk and cream I would have asked for the whole bar? Don't sign up to offer a skimpy coffee. We all have a mocha at home.
