Coccio E Calici In Sacrofano

A wonderful lunch at this restaurant run by young people. We all tasted delicious dishes, with great attention to detail in the use of diverse ingredients, including local produce. We were amazed by the balance and deliciousness of the pork tenderloin on carrot cream and plum and soy sauce, and the paccheri with gorgonzola and hazelnuts. We finished with excellent desserts, including the Basque cheesecake and a brownie with chocolate ice cream and hazelnut cream, paired beautifully with a Sicilian passito. The wine list is beautiful, with unusual choices at reasonable prices. Wine by the glass is available, including an excellent Velletri Syrah. The staff were very attentive. For me, accustomed to Tuscan prices, the price was less than I expected.

Traditional Lazio cuisine, revisited and refined, with a truly distinctive flavor (which is rare!!) Wonderful and helpful staff, and in the background, a refined and stylish atmosphere, a mix of urban and retro. I love it! A real gem you wouldn't expect in the provinces! Saturday night with live music. You can't go wrong with guitar and vocals (brilliant!!!), but perhaps the microphones were just a tad too loud. We were sitting close to the musicians, and I couldn't communicate well with the person in front of me, but the person next to me could. Congratulations to all the staff. I'll be back ❤️

Coccio e Calici è il migliore ristorante di tutta Sacrofano e forse rientra anche nella top 10 dei ristoranti più buoni di tutta Roma. Questo grazie a una cucina ricercata ma che cerca allo stesso tempo di mantenere le tradizioni. Dopo la quinta volta ormai che ci andiamo, posso assicurarvi che, anche se il menù è ciclico, vi ritroverete ad assaggiare tutti i piatti perché il cuoco è geniale nel gestire sia gli abbinamenti che le cottura. Per esempio, l'ultima volta abbiamo preso un filetto di maiale che si scioglieva in bocca. Oltre ad avere una cucina straordinaria, anche il servizio è impeccabile. Vi consiglio fortemente di provare i loro cocktail. Concludo quest'enciclica dicendo che le porzioni sono anche abbondanti (mangerete gourmet senza morire di fame) e il costo, per la qualità è il servizio che offrono, è notevolmente basso.

Locale grazioso, personale gentile e discreto, tempi di consegna giusti. Anche le portate, nonostante non ci fosse moltissima scelta, sono preparate con cura, con un rapporto qualità prezzo che definirei ottimo, specie se si aggiunge lo sconto the fork. Un po' care le bevande (3 euro una bottiglia d'acqua mi sembra troppo). Molto buono il tagliere. Contorni non trovati e chiesti a voce (suggerisco di aggiungerli sul menu). Il giudizio complessivo è molto buono. Bravi!
