I don't know what to say....TOP the place is a work of art that perfectly complements Filippo, a person with an immense culture with whom it is a pleasure to talk not only about his art but about life. nothing to say other than well done to his very kind and professional collaborators. if you come to Viareggio and especially from the Maremma it is a stop that I recommend. the Negroni club is....good Maremma...a place that I highly recommend.
