The filled croissants are excellent and the sfogliatella is fantastic. Try the black croissant (with a flavour that is yet to be discovered).

Very friendly, clean, excellent coffee and cappuccino, but the sandwich was extraordinarily good. Great price, highly recommended.

Ci siamo fermati in questo locale in sosta durante un viaggio. Titolari gentilissimi e disponibilissimi, locale carino e molto ben curato. Tutto buono quello che abbiamo ordinato con menzione speciale per un caffè da 10 e lode!!! Dovessimo ripassare da quelle parti ci fermeremo sicuramente.

For a few years now, coming back from Calabria after holidays, I have found it ideal to stop for a coffee break in southern Baronissi. Leaving the A2 motorway junction, immediately on the right, you will find a car park and the "Civico 53 café" (former Mamy Rose bar). The excellent croissants and good coffee are the same as always; the environment is always tidy and clean (not accessible to disabled people), now has two young and friendly managers. Returning to the motorway is immediate and convenient.
