I had to meet with a friend in Faenza and, neither of us being from there, I relied mostly on word-of-mouth and reviews for our choice. Once again, I have to thank my fellow reviewers because their opinions were very instrumental in the success of our evening.
The atmosphere is pleasant, the level of sound + background noise is just right, the staff is helpful and friendly.
And I simply loved the idea of the buffet accompanying our drinks, which - by the way - was very filling, too.

Tuve que reunirme con un amigo en Faenza y, ninguno de los dos siendo de allí, me basé principalmente en el boca a boca y las críticas para nuestra elección. Una vez más, tengo que agradecer a mis colegas revisores porque sus opiniones fueron muy fundamentales para el éxito de nuestra velada.
El ambiente es agradable, el nivel de sonido + ruido de fondo es justo, el personal es servicial y amable.
Y simplemente me encantó la idea del buffet acompañando nuestras bebidas, que -por cierto- también fue muy llenito.

The staff are kind and friendly, the atmosphere is pleasant and informal, you can find truly pleasant and original cocktails created by them, some of the ingredients are prepared by them. I recommend the AYCE aperitif formula.

Truly perfect cocktails, the girl who takes the orders was smiling and very kind, when we then asked for clarification on some preparations, she called the owner who was thorough and very kind in providing all the information requested. From 6.00pm the price is added to the cost of the buffet, which however I did not benefit from because I had no appetite, but I believe I was forced to make this choice because those who declared they didn't want it then went and used it anyway. It's a shame because for me it's the best in terms of quality, but this doesn't affect the final rating, a truly excellent place

Mostly positive experience…
Fairly wide choice of drinks and good quality ingredients.
We were dissatisfied with the complete lack of appetizers despite being willing to pay for them. We were offered to order products from the kitchen at a significantly high price.
The external area presents itself in a positive way, like the internal area in which, however, odors coming from the kitchen are clearly noticeable.

Number 31 was a very pleasant surprise. The atmosphere is welcoming and relaxed, perfect for an aperitif with friends. The buffet is truly rich and varied, with many tasty and quality options. The staff is friendly and attentive, and the beer selection is great. I highly recommend this place to all aperitif lovers!"

A place 2 steps from the square of Faenza, a bit out of the way and secluded where you can have an excellent aperitif. It is advisable to book because there is often no place available.
