02/08/2024: **Hotel Review: Great Hotel with Good Staff, But Breakfast Could Be Better** I recently had the pleasure of spending a few nights at this hotel on the edge of the old town, and overall my experience was very positive. The hotel itself is fine. The quiet location contributes to a relaxing stay, far from the hustle and bustle of the city center. Unfortunately, the air conditioning in the hotel room worked very poorly. The staff deserves a special mention. From the moment I checked in to the moment I left, the staff was extremely friendly, helpful and professional. They really went out of their way to make me feel welcome and provided excellent recommendations for restaurants and attractions in the area. Another plus is the parking. The hotel has ample parking facilities, which is very convenient for guests who come by car. It was nice to know that my car was parked safely and close by. The only aspect that was a bit disappointing was the breakfast. Considering the overall quality of the hotel, I had higher expectations for this. The selection was quite limited and the quality of the food left much to be desired. It wasn't bad, but certainly not on the same level as the rest of the hotel. All in all I would definitely recommend this hotel for a quiet and comfortable stay with good service. Hopefully breakfast will be improved in the future so that the entire stay is perfect.

28/07/2024: Great gem of a boutique hotel located 10min walk from the lake, right on the edge of the old city. Rooms are very large and well equipped with great bathrooms. The rooms are also full of character with the charms of the old convent kept nicely. The staff is very helpful and responsive making the overall experience quite pleasant. The hotel has some parking spots but it needs to be booked in advance! Otherwise they indicate a parking lot next door which remains rather convenient.
