Cit Ma Bon - Pasta Fresca In Asti

While walking around Asti, wanting to taste local cuisine, we chose this place for lunch, also attracted by the queue at the entrance. The restaurant is rather small, with an outdoor area which increases the capacity, the cuisine is genuine and local, well prepared, with the right portions and not extremely abundant but proportionate to the costs, however inferior to other venues in the central area of ​​Asti. Excellent service, varied although not very wide choice of wines. Ultimately, I definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to savor local cuisine at fair prices without leaving the central perimeter of Asti.

Wonderful dinner, very friendly and hospitable staff who welcome you with joy. From the appetizer to the dessert everything was delicious; the fresh pasta was superb! If I were to return to Asti I would definitely come back 😊

Sunday in Asti. Little place found by chance. What can I say! Excellent welcome, no reservations but my partner and I already felt at home. Amazing dishes, pasta made by them, quality. love for food...excellent wine.....very kind staff.....it really has everything. We will definitely return to try other dishes. Thank you thank you

Disappointing experience , we saw the high rating and wanted to try this place Service is unfriendly Food is at best ok , one dish wasn’t eatable , we returned it, but no one cared why There are enough good restaurants around .. try something else

Found this delightful place by accident, wandering through Asti, looking for something a little different and not too formal. Lovely terraced outdoor seating. Really enjoyed the excellent food and very warm, helpful service. For 2 people, we ordered the daily special for a starter (selection of 3 appetisers - we chose the Russian Salad, local cheese and the vegetable flan which is like a dense version of a souffle.). Plus we each had a pasta dish as a main course. Mine was the freshly hand-made agnolotti with local cheese and truffle, which was delicious. Would have loved to stay longer for dessert or coffee but we were keen to see some more sites. Definitely recommend for something a bit different in Asti- a modern twist on the Piedmontese traditions. Total spend €44 for 2 people which seemed good value.

E ne siamo rimasti felicemente colpiti per la gentilezza e disponibilità della titolare, per la qualità del cibo assolutamente di ottimo livello, e per la notevole proporzione qualità/prezzo. Vi consiglio la battuta di fassona oltre che i dolci. Se e nel caso in cui passeremo ancora da Asti, ci torneremo sicuramernte.
