18/09/2025: We had a 25 square meter room with a lake view. It was amazing. The furniture was a bit worn, but everything was super clean. We've rarely had such a clean room. We were there with our golden retriever. Breakfast was decent. The location is fantastic.

02/09/2025: Very pleasant and clean rooms ✅✅✅✅✅ with a breathtaking view. ✅✅✅ The bed was very comfortable ✅✅✅ (A small note: I would really appreciate a toilet paper holder and a shelf for shower amenities next time ;) .) Otherwise, I would highly recommend the Europalace. The staff were all very nice, extremely friendly, and accommodating. I would be happy to come back on my next visit to Lake Maggiore. Siete tutti Bravissimi. Grazie per tutto.
