We had dinner last night after a trip to the mountains. Simple dishes, limited selection, but excellent! Home cooking, but with dishes you don't often eat at home.

Sunday trip to the Vergante hills. Lunch at the Circolo di Silvers. What a pleasant discovery! Delicious, beautifully presented dishes. At a more than fair price. We'll be back!

A small restaurant with a great atmosphere. A wonderful place. The food was fantastic. There were only four courses to choose from because the emphasis is on quality. The red wine they served was one of the best I've ever had. I recommend it to anyone who wants to sample local cuisine, eat in peace, and enjoy a very reasonable price.
