Cioccolato al 33 In Faenza

Carola makes some of the best chocolates I have tasted in Italy (and I try to make an effort to visit as any chocolatiers as possible :)). The flavor combinations and balance of flavours are excellent. Her ganaches have a lovely texture and there is a very nice aftertaste that lingers from the chocolate. I would recommend visiting her atelier even if it means a detour, especially if you want proper chocolates made with real skill. It was certainly worth it for me. And Carola was very generous with her time, both kind and helpful.

Exceptional chocolate, of the highest level and quality; great professionalism of Carola, the owner, and a welcoming space with many very nice games also for children. Unmissable!
