Peratoner is an absolute highlight in Pordenone for those seeking quality and tradition in a historic pastry shop and chocolate shop. The atmosphere is elegant and welcoming, ideal for a rejuvenating break in the heart of the city center. I found the service to be truly courteous and professional, prompt even during busy periods. Their fritters are exceptional: soft, well-filled, and never greasy, definitely among the best around. The chocolate is also unmissable: dense and intensely flavored, a true trademark that never disappoints. A great place, highly recommended for anyone who wants to enjoy top-quality artisanal products in a refined atmosphere.

Professionalism and passion are the hallmarks of Mr. Faggiotto, his wife, and their staff (waiters, pastry chefs, and counter staff).
You'll find the best Pordenone has to offer in terms of pastries and coffee.
We recommend the artisanal hot chocolate, which is also served in a small glass to accompany coffee and other coffee products (cappuccino, barley, etc.).
From 8:00 am to 2:00 pm, you can order "International Breakfasts," such as Club Sandwiches, French Toast, and English Breakfast, which help make Peratoner a truly comprehensive establishment, offering a menu that goes beyond the concept of a pastry shop/coffee shop, capable of satisfying every need.
P.S. It's one of the few places where chips and appetizers are served with appetizers WITHOUT REQUESTING.
5 well-deserved stars!!!!!

I had the pleasure of tasting Peratoner products and was truly impressed by the quality and attention to detail. Each chocolate is a small work of art: elegant, carefully presented, and above all, with a refined and well-balanced flavor (I recommend trying their iconic salted toffee). You can immediately sense the use of high-quality raw materials and the artisanal passion behind each creation. A sensory experience that goes beyond simply sweet. It's a journey of flavor, perfect as a gift or to treat yourself for a special moment. A strong point, besides the deliciousness, is undoubtedly the service. The staff is friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. They offer professional advice, passionately explaining the history of their creations and guiding you in choosing the right product for every occasion. Their care for their customers is also evident in the consistently elegant packaging of their sweets and bars. Highly recommended for those who love true artisanal chocolate!

Nice place, good service and friendly staff, it's a shame that in such a renowned pastry shop, at 9:30 on a Sunday they ran out of zabaglione fritters... and nothing gluten-free.

I can't fault the pastry shop for its quality. I've tried several different products, and they were all good. But the place, unfortunately or fortunately for them, suffers from being Pordenone's high-class meeting place. It's chaotic, crowded, crowded, crowded, crowded, cramped, disorganized lines, cramped spaces, scattered customers, waiters trying to handle the onslaught of customers by improvising as trapeze artists, tightrope walkers, cashiers, and bartenders... It's a chaos that detracts from the pleasure of a visit.
